What is EFT?

The simplest way to describe EFT is to call it 'Acupuncture without needles'. The technique uses tapping on various acupuncture points, while concentrating on the problem involved. It is widely applicable and very effective. Relief can often be obtained in a very few minutes. The technique is simple to learn and can usually be taught to patients for their future use.

It was developed in America, by Gary Craig in the early 1990s, from psychologist Dr Roger Callahan's 'Thought Field Therapy' and is now widely used over the world.

What is TAT?

TAT was developed in America by the acupuncturist, Tapas Fleming, but it does not employ either needles nor pressure. Rather it involves touching acupressure points lightly while considering various factors around the problem.

It was developed (and initially used) in the treatment of allergies, but its use has now been expanded to cover all manner of problem from physical and emotional distress to major trauma.

It is often a fast and sure method of obtaining lasting solutions to these problems.

What is BSFF?

Like EFT, BSFF was also developed in America following the work of psychologist Dr Roger Callahan. However, it developed along different lines and now uses different tapping points and techniques.  Later versions of BSFF, often called iBSFF, do not use tapping at all.

It was developed by Larry Nims, a clinical psychologist, and has been widely used in the US and across the world. Larry continues to develop and refine his method and it has developed into a simple and very effective process.
